Beaded jewelry is not only a form of stored wealth,
but also a marker of the tribe that the wearer belongs to.

Every element in the jewelry is a symbol.
While precious metals are not common, semi-precious stones,
shells, monkey skulls, animal bone, tiger teeth, tiger claws
and boar tusks are common and require the wearer to
earn the right to wear these through some extraordinary act of bravery.
