This is a painting on vintage governement stamped paper
that was once used for signing a property deed.
The painting itself is new done in gold paint, but the stamed paper
is dated to the Vikram Samvat calendar.
The government document contains urdu script
and thumb impressions of the signatories instead of signatures.
