This Nomadic skirt apron with inner lining
is hardly found anymore
The clasp is made of iron.
The Tie-dye is peculiar to Tibet
and more examples can be seen in my travleogue.
In other readings, this format has been mentioned as a 'horse blanket',
which is a debatable possibility.
